If a particular panel cannot be repaired to your satisfaction with PDR, we guarantee that that particular panel will be discounted to a fair value that makes you happy. (THAT PARTICULAR PANEL ONLY…NOT THE WHOLE CAR OR OTHER PANELS). We stand behind all of our work, but there may be “one hail hit” that prevents a car from being entirely repaired with PDR. Our HailBids.com PDR Pros will go over the specifics when the car is seen for repairs and discuss areas that may not be covered under this “panel repair guarantee” and request a signed disclosure. We have a solid “panel repair guarantee” unless pre-discussed and documented by the repair provider and signed by you…our customer.
