Your “Bid Request” will go to only the best PDR techs in YOUR LOCAL AREA. They are rated by our customers and you can be assured of a professional experience by quality PDR techs.
You can review individual profile/feedback BEFORE you choose a repair provider. Hail damage varies dramatically from car to car, town to town, etc. therefore, it is difficult to guarantee what can and cannot be done, and WE ARE NOT guaranteeing your entire car can be repaired with PDR.
We can guarantee to do our best to satisfy you. If a particular panel cannot be repaired to your satisfaction with PDR, we guarantee that that particular panel will be discounted to a fair value that makes you happy. (THAT PARTICULAR PANEL ONLY…NOT THE WHOLE CAR OR OTHER PANELS). We stand behind all of our work, but there may be “one hail hit” that prevents a car from being entirely repaired with PDR. Our HailBids.com PDR Pros will go over the specifics when the car is seen for repairs and discuss areas that may not be covered under this “panel repair guarantee” and request a signed disclosure. We have a solid “panel repair guarantee” unless pre-discussed and documented by the repair provider and signed by you…our customer. Your satisfaction is our number one goal…we realize you have done much of the work putting us together (by submitting all the necessary dent information) so we will do our best to make it as easy as possible from here.

In order for our guarantee to be valid, you will need to abide by our Terms of Service and provide photos and an explanation about what occurred. In addition, you may be required to provide us contracts and agreements detailing the scope of the job and the dollar amount charged for the services in question. This way we can ensure this job was originated through HailBids pertains to one of our repair providers. The ultimate responsibility rest with the consumer and the repair provider and HailBids.com assumes NO LIABILITY for repairs or occurrences. WE ARE A DIRECTORY SERVICE ONLY.
